We offer certified training courses in Reiki Levels I, II, and III.
Courses are run in small groups or on a 1:1 basis.
We also run a monthly Reiki Share which meets on the first Monday of every month, from 7.30-9pm. We welcome all levels and lineages of Reiki.

What is the concept behind Shiatsu?
The central concept of Shiatsu is to enable energy to flow around your body more easily, which leads to improved blood circulation, endorphin release and the elimination of toxins.
By applying pressure to meridians and acupressure points, the flow of energy improves, your body begins to repair itself and all major systems begin to function better.
Over time, your body feels rejuvenated, calmer and more energised.
Last Friday my partner and I took part in another Pamper Day at The Treasury in Plymouth, providing therapy treatments for mother’s of children being treated for cancer at Plymouth Hospitals NHS Trust. This was our second year running and it was a great success. MThere were more visitors this year and the day was much appreciated by all who came.
Therapists from Plymouth came together to provide a range of relaxing and remedial therapy treatments including Indian Head Massage, Thai Foot Massage, Reiki, and Shiatsu. There were also beauty therapists offering nail treatments and eye brow waxing.
On Saturday I was at The Plymouth Natural Health and Healing Centre taking part in the summer fair. Thank you to the 6 visitors who enjoyed treatments with me!
On Friday I took part in a fundraising event at Plymouth School of Creative Arts, offering 15 and 30 minute therapy taster sessions to parents, teachers, friends and relatives. I really enjoyed the evening from start to finish. It was great to meet so many people and work in such a lovely light and airy venue! Thank you to all the staff who made this event a success and I look forward to working with you again soon!
